Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

At Health Monitoring Services, we strive to deliver high-quality patient care through our innovative Remote Patient Monitoring program.

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Associate - RPM Program Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the success of this program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with patients, providers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
  • Ensure timely enrollment of patients in the Remote Patient Monitoring program.
  • Educate patients on the proper use of remote monitoring equipment and devices.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient data and progress.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with patients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Two years minimum of clinical experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of RPM technology and healthcare industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Education Requirements:

  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certifications.
