Job Description

The Commercial Roofing Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of commercial roofing projects, including project management, scheduling, and communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Review project information with estimators, including contracts, budgets, and job requirements.
  • Set up and manage project estimates, material purchases, and work orders.
  • Schedule meetings with project stakeholders and monitor project progress.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or extensive relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing, with a focus on project management.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment:

The Commercial Roofing Project Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to potentially hazardous materials and situations. The ability to follow safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment is essential.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to twist, reach, bend, stoop, and squat occasionally.
  • Ability to climb ladders up to 40 feet tall or scaffolding.
  • Ability to work in a loud and noisy environment.
