Market Development Representative

Spindrift is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Market Development Representative to join our team in Philadelphia. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in building and executing our sales strategy for Spindrift Spiked Sparkling Water across the US.
Key Responsibilities:- Launch and manage Spindrift Spiked Sparkling Water in assigned territories
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and distributors
- Sell in displays, new points of distribution, and demos by partnering with distributor reps and DMs
- Deliver professional market recap emails to distributor partners weekly
- Ensure visibility and quality standards in all accounts
- Communicate market and competitive insights to internal team to leverage in-market data and trends
- Identify and capitalize on in-market opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Work diligently to become a top-of-mind supplier to increase market share for Spindrift Spiked and Spindrift Sparkling 16oz
- Align with our distributor network to ensure focus on Spindrift Beverage Co. portfolio at accounts and geographic territory through regular communication, support, and education
- Leverage all selling resources to support KPIs at accounts, including programming execution, sampling, POS, etc.
- 1+ years of experience working in alcoholic beverage
- Demonstrated sales record and success working with distributors preferred
- Self-motivated with a proven history of delivering against KPIs
- Proficient use of Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growth, start-up environment
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organization skills and strong attention to detail
- Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done, with ability to work long and flexible hours, including some nights and weekends for events/festivals
- Role model for the company's culture
- Must be able to lift a case of product (40lbs) regularly with the ability and desire to physically assemble large displays
- Must have regular access to a vehicle and be able to travel on a regular basis, up to 80% of the time
