Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Fresh Produce Sales Specialist to join our esteemed Produce Department. This full-time role offers a starting wage of $18.00/hr and is designed for the closing shift, typically from 10 am to 7:30/7:45 pm.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist customers in person and via phone with inquiries and product selections.
2. Stock, rotate, and replenish shelves with appropriate products as needed.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the produce area to ensure a neat appearance.
4. Perform other related tasks as assigned by department managers or ownership.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in produce sales is required (e.g., Whole Foods, Roche Brothers, Market Basket, or independent grocery stores).
- Must possess outstanding customer service skills and excellent communication abilities, both in person and over the phone, with fluency in English.
- An enthusiastic, outgoing personality with a positive attitude and strong work ethic is essential.
- Reliability and punctuality are crucial, along with dependable transportation.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position, requiring approximately 50 hours per week. The schedule will primarily focus on the closing shift, with additional hours and flexibility during holiday periods to meet business demands.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Must be comfortable navigating stairs and accessing coolers for product retrieval.
- Capability to frequently lift and move approximately 30+ lb totes of various produce.
