Your Role:
As a Senior Maintenance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy their dream vacations by delivering high-quality maintenance services. Your expertise will help maintain each unit and facility in optimal condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and maintain essential facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Regularly inspect and repair the HVAC system throughout the facility. Conduct plumbing repairs involving pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, and Jacuzzi tubs, utilizing techniques such as soldering and PVC fittings. Replace electrical components, including breakers and ballast, while identifying and mitigating potential electrical hazards. Execute preventative maintenance across all units, common areas, and grounds, ensuring compliance with maintenance programs for systems like HVAC and boilers.
