Part-Time Office Coordinator - 20-25 hours
We are looking for a meticulous and efficient Office Coordinator to become a vital part of our organization.

In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing product evaluations, managing correspondence, documenting case details, filtering spam communications, processing return requests, maintaining the resource center, and engaging with our online audience.

Your capacity to keep precise records, respond swiftly to inquiries, and facilitate seamless operations will be key to our company's achievements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute product evaluations, ensuring precision, current information, and timely responses to questions.
  • Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, effectively handling shipping samples for the team.
  • Document detailed notes on various cases, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and organizing files for easy retrieval.
  • Monitor and eliminate unwanted spam from communication channels, prioritizing significant messages.
  • Handle return requests for retail, managing the return process and maintaining appropriate documentation.
  • Organize and oversee the resource center, ensuring all materials are current and adequately stocked.
  • Respond to inquiries and comments on online platforms, engaging with the community to uphold a positive brand reputation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organizational abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in utilizing email, online platforms, and other communication tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and capability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in administrative or customer service positions is preferred.
