Merchandiser/Stocker - Hub

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandiser/Stocker to join our team at O'Reilly Auto Parts. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and well-stocked store environment, ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed and priced, and providing excellent customer service.

• Stock and merchandise products according to planograms and company guidelines
• Keep the sales floor area clean and organized, including the front end and back room
• Assist customers with locating merchandise and provide excellent customer service
• Process sales and handle customer transactions
• Perform daily tasks such as restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• May serve as a stock puller for the installer area in large installer volume stores

• Good aptitude for dealing with numbers and organization
• Previous stocking experience preferred
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle (if applicable)
