About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Optometrist to join our team at Boots Opticians Richmond. As an Optometrist with us, you will be providing exceptional patient care and working closely with our team of 16, including a Dispensing Optician and 2 Resident Optometrists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, working alongside the Practice Manager, Optical Teams, and Clinical Governance Optometrists to create a culture of excellence.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a positive customer journey, building longstanding relationships with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals in the local community.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Fully qualified / soon to be GOC registered Optometrist.
  • Additional registration with the relevant NHS body.
  • Passion for patient care and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
