Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $43,600, based on a $21.00 base rate and assuming a 40-hour workweek.

About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Dock Associate to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately sorting product cases into correct lanes, loading and unloading trailers in a safe manner, and performing various other duties related to warehouse operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are safety conscious, have a pleasant attitude, and want to excel in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately sort product cases into correct lanes
  • Load and unload trailers in a safe manner, transfer freight to proper loading zones
  • Sort and place parts in racks or other designated areas
  • Scan freights/parts
  • Stack cardboard boxes and pallets
  • Manually move freight consistently, weight is 15-30lbs
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications
  • No prior warehouse experience required but preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required
  • Ability to work independently, customer service, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, excellent with numbers and time management skills required
