Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Specialist II to join our team at A+ Consulting.

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of $48,000 - $58,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and processing blood samples from patients in a safe and efficient manner. They will work independently with minimal supervision and must have excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience as a Phlebotomist and will possess strong communication and customer service skills. They must also be flexible and available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

The job requires the ability to make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment. The successful candidate will also be required to maintain accurate records and documentation.
