Overview:
Ensure a safe and pristine environment for our guests, staff, and vendors by maintaining the cleanliness of hotel rooms and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean bathrooms, including bathtubs, toilets, sinks, and mirrors, using appropriate cleaning tools and agents.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and guidelines for the use of cleaning products.
- Strip and remake beds, changing linens, which may involve lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Dust and sanitize all surfaces, including furniture, artwork, and shelves.
- Vacuum carpets and floors throughout guest rooms and dispose of trash.
- Restock guest room supplies, linens, and amenities as needed.
- Sign for and manage room keys, ensuring rooms are inspected for cleanliness upon completion.
- Maintain regular attendance and be available for scheduled shifts.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks, including scrubbing and reaching high surfaces, and working in tight spaces.
- Willingness to assist colleagues and work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with cleaning agents and equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Capability to push or pull equipment weighing up to 100 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various audiences.
