Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with various orthopedic conditions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in our electronic medical record system.
- Exercise professional judgment to select and implement effective treatment modalities.
- Evaluate patient progress and report outcomes to patients and healthcare teams.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including billing and reporting, as needed.
- Comply with federal and state regulations governing physical therapy practice.
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Excellent work ethic and commitment to patient success.

- Ability to provide physical therapy treatment and patient care in accordance with clinic, state, and federal regulations and professional guidelines.
- Experience in supervising physical therapist assistants and technicians.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a health-related field and a Graduate/Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
