Job Overview

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Job Responsibilities

As a home health therapist, you will be responsible for:

  • Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
  • Performing diagnostic tests and measurements to assess client needs.
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to promote client health and independence.
  • Educating clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
  • Accurately documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations related to client care management.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current North Carolina Physical Therapist license.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
