About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Analytics Product Senior Manager to join our team at Wells Fargo. As a key member of our Human Resources Business Intelligence (HR BI) Product team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive portfolio of analytical dashboards and data products that provide insights to key metrics.

You will lead a team of product and data professionals, collaborating with stakeholders across HR to design and deliver self-service solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of product and data professionals to deliver best-in-class solutions that enhance decision-makers' access to data.
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.
  • Design and envision self-service solutions in collaboration with customers across HR.
  • Lead the team and partners to adopt an Agile working style that values adaptiveness, speed to market, and a test-and-learn paradigm.
  • Collaborate with and influence executive management, Human Resources Business Partners, and others on issues of critical importance to the success of the company.
  • Serve as an analytical and technical thought partner to stakeholders across the product, analytics, and data science teams.
  • Drive understanding of our users and their interaction with our products through in-depth analyses of user interaction and engagement.
  • Define how our teams measure success by developing Key Performance Indicators and other user/business metrics.
  • Design automated and manual validation processes to ensure integrity and accuracy of the data and deliver reporting through a standard security and risk model developed in partnership with Data Governance.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 3+ years of management experience.
Desired Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with human capital/talent acquisition workforce data (aggregation, analysis, and consolidation of complex data to be utilized in effective data visualizations by diverse audiences).
  • 5+ years of experience working with non-technical partners to interpret requirements and translate into technical solutions to accomplish the intended outcomes.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in complex analytics projects, covering data exploration, insight derivation, and data visualization design and dashboard development (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management.
  • 3+ years of experience implementing Design Thinking concepts.
  • 3+ years of experience with SQL, Python, and/or R.
  • 1+ years of experience delivering products via an Agile delivery model.
  • Strong leadership examples, including experience mentoring less tenured analysts, reviewing code, prioritizing/delegating workload, and/or owning projects that touch multiple individual contributors within a team.
  • Experience communicating results and recommendations to executive-level audiences.
  • Technical understanding of data architecture, including data warehouse and data model concepts.
Job Expectations

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Position Location Options: Charlotte, North Carolina (NC Research Drive) or Minneapolis, Minnesota (MN S. 4th Street). Must be based in one of the above locations or willing to relocate at your own expense.

Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

This position currently offers a hybrid work schedule.

This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Pay Range: $111,197,500.00.
