Hotel Revenue Growth Specialist

We are looking for a talented Hotel Revenue Growth Specialist to join our sales team at Residence Inn by Marriott. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth across multiple properties.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze market trends and develop targeted sales strategies.
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across multiple properties.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in hotel sales management, preferably with major brands such as Marriott.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze market trends, and strong computer acumen.
