At Axient LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior OPIR Systems Integration Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our integration team, you will be responsible for the integration of OPIR ground systems, ensuring seamless communication between space and ground components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide modeling and simulation support for OPIR ground systems integration
- Develop and execute systems integration and test plans for OPIR ground systems
- Collaborate with development contractors to witness factory performance testing and requirements verification
- Develop support plans for system transportation to integration laboratories and operations sites
- Oversee the development and execution of integration schedules affecting multiple stakeholders
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in development, implementation, and integration of payload satellite and ground missions
- Active and transferrable DoD security clearance with current investigation
Desired Skills:
- Strong leadership skills leading diverse teams of subject matter experts, technicians, and specialists
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced-level competency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
