Job Description

ReqOverflow is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and position patients and equipment in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures.
  • Obtain high-quality CT images.
  • Maintain proactive, effective communication with patients and physicians regarding any and all findings, patient histories, and test results as appropriate.
  • Collaborate and confer with all colleagues and members of the healthcare team.

Requirements:

  • Current ARRT (CT) certification.
  • Clear/active Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT).
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of imaging experience, preferably in an acute-care hospital setting.
  • Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Customer service abilities, including effective listening skills.
  • Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 lbs.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must have experience as a CT tech.

On call and relocation details will be discussed during the interview process.
