We are looking for a caring and detail-oriented Community Living Professional to support individuals with disabilities in achieving their goals. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing daily living support, administering medications, and documenting progress.

About the Role:

  • Deliver exceptional care and support to individuals with disabilities, promoting independence and self-advocacy
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care delivery
  • Administer medications, assist with medical appointments, and transport individuals as needed
  • Support individuals with daily routines, including meal preparation, housekeeping, and personal care

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities (preferably with certifications in Med Tech)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Estimated salary: $19,000 - $20,000 per year (dependent on Med Tech certification)
