Consolidate Product Increments and Sprint goals.

Facilitate Scrum of Scrums.

Ensure comprehensive application of SAFe Principles.

Recognize risks for the Product Line PM for mitigation and submission to the Needs and Collection Management Engineering Board.

Communicate ART Status to stakeholders (both internal and external).

Drive the Release by fostering transparency through metrics to promote positive change.

Identify and facilitate the resolution of dependencies and/or escalate program-level impediments to the IPC team.

Assist in Feature Integration Test Coordination.

Qualifications:

Essential:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field.

Senior-level experience with a minimum of 1 year of practical experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE).

Experience in SAFe managing release trains.

SAFe Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

Preferred:

Master's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field.

Proven experience with MBSE, processes, tools, and languages.

Clearance Required: TS/SCI
