About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Store Associate to join our team at adidas Katy Mills. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and promotions.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up and maintaining displays, and ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Participate in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
Requirements
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash accurately.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
