RN Transfer Center Liaison

This is a critical position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The RN Transfer Center Liaison will be responsible for coordinating patient transfers, communicating with referring physicians and healthcare providers, and ensuring seamless transitions of care.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience as med/surg, critical care, or ED bedside RN, with a strong background in patient assessment and critical thinking. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred, but not required. Licenses to Practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia are required.
