Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cabin Agent to join our team at ERMC. As a Cabin Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our aircraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cabin Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and service aircraft interiors, including cabins, cockpits, galleys, and lavatories.
  • Pre-Flight Preparations: Assist in preparing the cabin for customer boarding and departure, including cleaning seats, seat pockets, floors, galleys, and lavatories.
  • Supply Management: Check, handle, assemble, remove, and install passenger service cabin furnishings and supplies according to list specifications.
  • Ramp Support: Assist Ramp agents when cabin cleaning is complete.
  • Ground Equipment Management: Ensure necessary ground equipment is available in the ramp area and bag room for upcoming flights.
  • Aircraft Marshaling: Marshal aircraft during arrival and departures.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous materials identification labels, aircraft loading manifest, and baggage routing tags.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces.
  • Security Clearance: Eligible to receive appropriate security clearances after satisfactory completion of a criminal background check.
  • Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Flexible schedule allowing work during nights, weekends, and holidays. Some shifts may require extended hours to meet business needs.
  • Physical Abilities: Must be able to work in cramped or high places. Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jet way stairs.
