Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional service to our clients while ensuring the accurate handling of customer inquiries and requests.
Work Schedule:
Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
Location:
This position is onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
The following duties are essential to this role:
- Demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Exhibit strong multi-tasking abilities and a sense of urgency.
- Review and verify all orders for completeness and accuracy.
- Assist in the safe distribution of medications under the supervision of licensed professionals.
- Process new prescriptions and refills accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Support phone inquiries and assist with customer service requests.
- Adhere to all relevant regulations, including compliance with HIPAA.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or data intake role.
- Ability to effectively communicate and manage phone inquiries.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires:
- Full range of body motion, including manual dexterity.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds.
Work Environment:
