Job Overview

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional service to our clients while ensuring the accurate handling of customer inquiries and requests.


Work Schedule:
Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.


Location:
This position is onsite.


Key Responsibilities:
The following duties are essential to this role:

  • Demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Exhibit strong multi-tasking abilities and a sense of urgency.
  • Review and verify all orders for completeness and accuracy.
  • Assist in the safe distribution of medications under the supervision of licensed professionals.
  • Process new prescriptions and refills accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Support phone inquiries and assist with customer service requests.
  • Adhere to all relevant regulations, including compliance with HIPAA.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess the following:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or data intake role.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and manage phone inquiries.

Physical Requirements:
This position requires:

  • Full range of body motion, including manual dexterity.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds.
