Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive customer engagement and increase sales revenue.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams to drive business growth.
  • Provide input on local inventory needs and optimize product offerings to meet customer demands.
  • Organize and execute end-user promotions and events to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Perform other grade control-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer relations skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • 1 or more years of proven sales experience in the construction or forestry industry.
  • Industry-related degree, 3D modeling, surveying, and/or grade checking experiences preferred.
  • Experience with Topcon products and John Deere Smartgrade equipment preferred.
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to support product installations.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
