The primary role of the Route Operations Supervisor is to oversee a designated route, delivering pest management and inspection services to commercial clients while adhering to established standards for quality and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough inspections of client locations for pest activity and implement a combination of mechanical, biological, and chemical methods to manage pest issues.
- Manage your own schedule and route to ensure clients receive prompt and high-quality service.
- Contribute to the health and safety of the community by identifying and addressing pest-related problems.
Training and Development:
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance knowledge of various pests and pest control techniques, preparing for necessary licensing exams.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage ranging from $22 to $26, based on experience, along with performance bonuses and sales commissions.
- A sign-on bonus of $1500, distributed over the first year.
- Provision of a company vehicle, gas card, phone, uniforms, and safety equipment.
- Health, vision, and dental insurance available within 30 days of hire, along with a 401K plan after one year.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
