Join Our Team as a Medical Director of Anesthesia Services

We are seeking an exceptional Anesthesiologist to lead our team and provide top-notch patient care. As a Medical Director of Anesthesia Services, you will oversee the entire anesthesia department and ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care.

Compensation Package

We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including:

  • $650,000 base salary
  • $150,000 sign-on bonus/relocation assistance
  • $200,000 student loan repayment program

We also provide comprehensive benefits, including 8 weeks of paid time off, $5,000 malpractice insurance with tail coverage, disability/retirement/professional fees/license, health insurance premiums paid for single or family, and more

About the Role

You will work closely with our physician-led organization to develop and implement strategies that drive quality and excellence in patient care. You will have the opportunity to lead a team of talented anesthesiologists and CRNAs, working together to provide world-class care to our patients.

As a Medical Director of Anesthesia Services, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the anesthesia department and developing strategic plans to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Mentoring and developing our team members to achieve their full potential
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Board certification not required, but general anesthesia plus hearts experience is essential
