Job Summary:

CareStaff Partners is currently seeking an experienced LPN / LVN to fill an opening with a skilled nursing facility located in King of Prussia, PA. The ideal candidate should have experience in providing high-quality patient care and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
Current certification or licensure in the state of practice
ACLS and BCLS certification
Strong verbal and written communication skills
