Job Description

At JT Mummert Consulting LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Therapist to join our team. As a Mobile Therapist, you will provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and young adults in their homes, schools, and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct individualized assessments to evaluate client strengths, needs, and clinical information.
  2. Develop and implement individual treatment plans in accordance with team needs.
  3. Provide mobile therapist services using evidence-based practices, psychotherapy, and family therapy.
  4. Consult with clients, families, and team members to improve adaptive skills and dynamics.
  5. Collaborate with other professionals on the treatment team.
  6. Complete accurate and timely treatment documentation.

Requirements:

  1. PA State Police Background Check, FBI Fingerprinting, and Childline Child Abuse History Clearances.
  2. Must be licensed in Pennsylvania as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or clinical social worker.
