Job Title: Water and Wastewater Project Engineer

EBA Engineering, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Water and Wastewater Project Engineer to join our Water Systems Engineering Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and managing water and sewer pipeline and pumping station design projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and rehabilitation of water and sewer pipelines and pumping stations
  • Preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, and permit applications
  • Applying for and obtaining environmental permits
  • Providing construction administration services
  • Identifying and resolving design-related challenges, drafting, and reviewing project-related correspondence, and coordinating with external agencies
  • Participating in public meetings and hearings
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (civil or environmental preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in water/sewer pipeline and pumping station design review
  • Hydraulic modeling experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of local codes and water and sewer design requirements
  • Strong project management, written, and verbal communication skills
  • U.S. citizenship or Green Card immigration resident status in the United States
