Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager II to lead daily activities of client accounts that are smaller in scope and revenue size. As the primary contact for commercial customers, you will lead regular relationship calls and facilitate business review meetings in partnership with Business Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forecast and demand planning for client prioritization purposes to improve forecast accuracy of client portfolio.
  • Support Business Management Teams with profitability and pricing management.
  • Ensure resolution of significant issues with the client through coordination and interaction with internal functional resources.
  • Serve as the client site representative for client service requests and initial client concerns.
  • Ensure contract compliance, facilitate execution of additional services, and perform annual contract pricing.
  • Ensure yearly maintenance of commercial products.
  • Review and implement contract amendments (Change of Scope) for new work in accordance with the associated financial accountability limits.
  • Identify new sales/portfolio expansion opportunities within the site processes by working with Business Manager and Sales.
Requirements
  • High school diploma with at least 4 years of relevant experience, required. Bachelor's degree in Science, Business or related field, preferred.
  • At least three years of pharmaceutical, supply chain or manufacturing industry and/or client interface experience, preferred.
  • Background in business, account or project management, preferred.
  • Equivalent combinations of education, training, and related work experience may be considered.
