Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop CIAM solutions to meet business requirements
  • Drive the adoption of enterprise CIAM capabilities across the organization
  • Establish reusable integration patterns to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
  • Provide monitoring and support for business applications to ensure optimal performance
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in identity and authentication to ensure Pacific Life remains at the forefront of innovation

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Information Security with a focus on CIAM
  • Deep knowledge of IAM standards and protocols, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
  • Proven experience with CIAM platforms such as Auth0, Okta, and Ping Identity
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript
  • Experience with Cloud-based technologies like AWS or Azure
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with CIAM project management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Information Systems or related field
  • Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA
