Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • 10+ Years of Manufacturing Experience: Proven experience in manufacturing operations, with a strong background in process improvement, strategic planning, and team leadership.
  • Strong Business Acumen: Excellent understanding of business operations, including finance, supply chain, and quality management.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Lean Expertise: Experience with lean manufacturing principles and practices, with a strong understanding of waste reduction, process improvement, and efficiency gains.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, with a focus on long-term business growth and sustainability.
