Recently, Rand Simulation has established itself as a strategic North American channel partner for ANSYS, enhancing its collaborative consulting services across CFD, FEA, and Electromagnetic analysis, all while focusing on delivering exceptional customer value.
Key Responsibilities:
Our business model at Rand Simulation emphasizes a collaborative approach, merging the structural analysis expertise of our FEA specialists with the design acumen of our clients.
In both consulting and software sales/support roles, our mission as simulation experts is to function as an extension of our client's team, empowering them with impactful performance insights through simulation to facilitate informed design decisions.
Specific Duties Include:
- Collaborating with clients to leverage FEA insights for enhancing product structural responses and ensuring suitability for intended applications.
- Leading specific projects, managing simulations for clients effectively.
- Documenting and contextualizing simulation outcomes for clients, delivering comprehensive analysis reports, and recommending design modifications based on simulation results and design expertise.
- Keeping abreast of developments in ANSYS platforms and enhancing personal knowledge of ANSYS tools through training and self-directed learning.
- Working closely with Rand Simulation sales and business development teams on ANSYS software and simulation consulting opportunities to ensure proper application fit before the validation phase of the sales process.
- Leading technical discussions during calls and presentations with prospects on qualified ANSYS software and consulting sales opportunities, providing technical guidance, credibility, and subject matter expertise while outlining workflows and implementation strategies.
- Occasionally conducting classroom training, mentoring, and providing technical support to assist clients in maximizing their ANSYS technology investments.
- Facilitating consulting design review meetings aimed at offering guidance on critical design decisions.
- Designing and delivering customized training programs for clients who have invested in ANSYS FEA solutions.
Compensation:
Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000
OTE: $115,000 - $125,000
