Job Overview

At Steady Strides ABA, we are dedicated to providing the highest standard of care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), you will play a crucial role in our team's mission to help these children reach their full potential.


Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation, ranging from $20 to $26 per hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Participate in regular supervision, phone conferences, and team meetings with your supporting BCBA.
  • Monitor clients' responses to treatment through data collection methods developed and supervised by a BCBA/LABA.

Requirements and Skills
  • At least 8 months of experience as an ABA therapist.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and empathetic skills.
  • Ability to remain professional under high-stress situations.
  • Excellent listening and reasoning skills.
