Job Summary

We are seeking full-time Behavioral Therapists with a passion for helping kids learn and have fun. As an RBT, you will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA, incorporate sensory activities, and record client data.

Responsibilities
  • Work in-center Monday-Friday 7:45am-4:30pm
  • Bi-weekly home visits 4:30pm-6:30pm
  • Create client materials and prepare for sessions
  • Implement treatment plans and incorporate sensory activities
  • Record data and convert appointments
  • Attend team meetings and quarterly trainings
  • Cleaning duties
Requirements
  • High School Diploma (College Degree preferred)
  • No criminal background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to lift 40 pounds and be physically active

Estimated Salary Range:
