Salary RangeOur LPNs enjoy hourly pay between $35-$37, while RNs can earn between $41-$43 per hour.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs an LPN or RN with Interim HealthCare Staffing, your role will involve caring for patients with diverse illnesses, injuries, and diseases in various settings such as medical offices, hospitals, schools, and assisted living facilities.
You'll work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, CNAs, and aides to deliver exceptional patient care. This includes taking patient vitals, conducting assessments, documenting progress, and reporting changes to RN supervisors.
In addition, you'll assist in carrying out physician orders, providing patient care, and administering prescribed treatments. You may also be responsible for administering medication, operating medical equipment, and maintaining a safe environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program is required.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or Registered Nurse (RN) with an active, unrestricted license in Michigan – a BSN is not necessary.
- CPR certification is mandatory.
- Familiarity with state and federal healthcare laws and regulations is essential.
- Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communication skills, and compassion are highly valued.
