Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one, home-based nursing care to former DOE Hanford Workers. As a member of our team, you will perform patient assessments, plan and implement care, monitor conditions, and ensure proper documentation. Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to various shifts are essential as we continue to grow and accept new clients.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care plans
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
  • Document and report any changes in patient conditions to supervisors
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care
Qualifications
  • Valid RN/LPN license to practice in Washington State
  • Prior experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and patient care skills
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Valid car insurance
  • AHA BLS certification
  • Washington State Food Workers Card
  • Must be able to transport clients to and from appointments as needed
  • Clean background check
  • Must pass a drug screen
