As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be part of a patient-focused, technology-enabled healthcare services company that utilizes patient engagement to improve outcomes, reduce the total cost of care, and enhance patients' lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by building loyalty and repeat business.
- Champion Thrifty White programs such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, and assist with patient enrollment.
- Lead the team by modeling, coaching, and maintaining high standards in patient service.
- Structure and organize workflow and systems for efficient prescription filling, patient counseling, and clinical services.
- Develop and follow up on long-term care business through immediate communication and attention to nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living residences.
- Identify long-term care and specialty business opportunities and communicate with marketers.
- Dispense medications, related supplies, and provide all clinical pharmacy services.
- A pharmacy license without federal sanctions.
- A PharmD or MTM Certification (must provide a copy of the course completion certificate from an approved ACPE program).
- Current Immunization Certification.
- Current CPR Certification.
- NPI Number.
