Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide medical consultation and follow-up care for patients with serious mental illness in collaboration with behavioral health teams at Valleywise Health Psychiatry Hospital.

About the Role: As a medical consultant, you will work closely with our team of psychiatrists and other behavioral health professionals to provide high-quality medical care to our patients. You will be responsible for providing medical consultation and follow-up care, as well as collaborating with our team to develop treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical consultation and follow-up care for patients with serious mental illness
  • Collaborate with behavioral health teams to develop treatment plans
  • Work closely with psychiatrists and other behavioral health professionals to provide high-quality medical care
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have an Arizona NP or PA license, outstanding interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic. Previous clinical experience is preferred.
