Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and caring Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Accompany clients to appointments and outings
  • Monitor clients' vital signs and report any changes to our team
  • Document provided services and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • A valid NYS HHA Certification or PCA Certification
  • A physical examination within the past 9 months
  • PPD within the past 9 months or chest x-ray within 5 years
  • Proof of MMR Immunization
  • Drug Screen
  • Valid ID and Social Security Card
  • Proficiency in English
  • Warmth, compassion, patience, trustworthiness, an upbeat and confident personality, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills
