Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals.
- Conduct thorough evaluations to determine the needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper techniques and strategies for daily living.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of employment.
- Previous experience in long-term care or a related field is preferred.
- Competitive hourly rate of $55.00.
