**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement effective sanitation procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of sanitation personnel to ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and safe for production.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that sanitation procedures are integrated into all aspects of our operations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of sanitation procedures, protocols, and training programs.
  • Ensure that all sanitation personnel are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Monitor and report on sanitation metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that we are meeting our quality and safety standards.
  • Participate in regular meetings with plant management to discuss quality and sanitation improvements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sanitation efficiency and reduce costs.

**Requirements**

  • Three (3) or more years of experience in plant sanitation, with a strong background in regulatory compliance and quality control.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of pest control and other required governmental standards.
  • High School diploma or equivalency, with a preference for AIB certification program completion.
  • Formal management skills training program completion.
