As a Repair Technician (Guitar), you will provide exceptional maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Your goal will be to continually build and increase business through great customer experience and quality work.

Key Characteristics:

  • Customer Focus: You will understand customer service principles and provide an excellent customer experience. You will be approachable, genuine, knowledgeable, encouraging, passionate, and committed to helping customers.
  • Initiative: You will be able to identify opportunities and issues and follow through on work activities to capitalize or resolve them. You will be able to learn quickly and take positive action without being requested to do so.
  • Selling: You will work through GC certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques.
  • Training: You will be able to effectively train learners and communicate information and techniques so that they are retained.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship.
  • Maintain store-owned gear, as requested.
  • Complete warranty repair work.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
