Position Overview:

As a Repair Technician, you will provide exceptional maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory, driving business growth through excellent customer experience and quality work.
Key Characteristics:
- Customer Focus: Understand customer service principles and provide an excellent customer experience, connecting with customers in a meaningful way.
- Initiative: Identify opportunities and issues, and take positive action to capitalize or resolve them, while learning quickly and developing knowledge and skills.
- Selling: Work through GC certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques.
- Training: Effectively train learners and communicate information and techniques to ensure retention.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Service customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship.
- Maintain store-owned gear as requested.
- Complete warranty repair work.
- Additional duties as assigned.
