We are in search of a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to become a vital part of our team.

Vibra Hospital of Clear Lake is a specialized facility offering critical care services to individuals recovering from severe health challenges.

Our patients often need comprehensive care for complex medical issues, including trauma, infectious diseases, wound care, cardiovascular conditions, strokes, amputations, and ventilator support.

As a smaller, focused hospital, we provide an engaging and dynamic work atmosphere where you can build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.


Key Responsibilities

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for delivering and overseeing Speech-Language Pathology services to patients. This includes:

  • Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
  • Implementing therapy programs and maintaining documentation
  • Ensuring effective communication with healthcare team members

All activities will be performed under the direction of a physician.


Essential Qualifications:
  • Active and valid license to practice as a Speech Therapist in the respective state
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP or in the process of completing Clinical Fellowship Year
  • Membership in the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association
  • Current BLS certification from an approved vendor

Additional Skills:
  • Preferred one (1) year of relevant experience
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Understanding of regulatory standards and compliance
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to make independent decisions when necessary
  • Proficient in relevant computer software and applications
  • Commitment to a drug-free workplace
