We are seeking a skilled RN Seasonal Travel Nurse to join our team at Summit Healthcare. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and gain valuable experience.

Salary and Benefits:The salary for this position is $65.00 per hour, with opportunities for overtime. Housing assistance is also available on a case-by-case basis, with a maximum subsidy of $1,200 per month. In addition, you will receive a flat rate of pay for 36-40 hours per week.
Job Description:This RN Seasonal Travel Nurse role involves working in a Medical/Surgical/Telemetry (MS1) department with a 4 or 5:1 nurse-to-patient ratio. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including management of patients with cardiac diseases, non-ST elevated myocardial infarction (NSTEMI), post-cath lab care, acute cerebrovascular accident (CVA) without use of thrombolytics, transient ischemia attack (TIA), DVT/PE, alcohol and drug withdrawal, respiratory failure, pneumonia, COPD exacerbation, and GI bleed. Tele-ICU services are not available, but tele-neurology and tele-nephrology are available.
Requirements:- RNs with a minimum of one year experience in the department they will be working in are preferred.
- RNs will fulfill a minimum of 4 to 24 week blocks* of scheduled availability, depending on the need of the department.
- A reasonable scheduled will be assigned, and all time worked is straight time (or overtime if greater than 40 hours per week).
- All positions are full-time without benefits, with 36-40 scheduled hours per week, depending on the scheduling/staffing needs of the assigned department.
- BLS Certification in addition to unit-specific certifications required upon hire.
- 1 + years acute care experience required.
Please note that staffing needs may change, and Summit Healthcare reserves the right to terminate the contract with a 14-day notice. Contracts may be adjusted or extended dependent on the needs of Summit Healthcare with administrative approval.
