At Donabe at the W Scottsdale, we are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Host to join our team. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Manage reservations, seating, and table assignments to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience.
• Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a service-oriented position within a restaurant (ideally fine dining).
• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Availability to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
