The Program Manager for Injury Prevention and Accommodations will oversee the MSKs Workers Compensation and Workplace Accommodations programs at Vets Hired, ensuring regulatory compliance.

This role requires a creative and caring individual to lead the team in developing strategies and objectives, staying informed of regulatory changes and analyzing work-related injury trends to identify opportunities for prevention.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with Employee Health providers, HR, Environmental Health & Safety, Third-Party Administrators (TPA), and others to enhance program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze work-related injury trends and identify opportunities for prevention.">
  • Work with cross-functional committees to prepare reports and conduct program reviews.">
  • Develop training materials and deliver presentations on workers compensation and workplace accommodations.">
  • Monitor program effectiveness and explore cost-saving opportunities.">
  • Manage staff, provide training, evaluate performance, and support career development.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Expertise in workers compensation and workplace accommodations regulations.">
  • Related experience in HR management or clinical work (e.g., NP, PA, or RN) is beneficial but not mandatory.">
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams and evaluating performance.">
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and adapting programs in a dynamic regulatory environment.">
  • Proficiency in data management, informatics, and financials (e.g., Microsoft Excel).">

Salary Information

We offer an estimated annual salary of $85,000 - $110,000 based on industry standards and your level of experience.
