As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for liaising with customers, service providers, vendors, and internal staff during the escrow process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with customers, service providers, vendors, and internal staff during the escrow process.
  • Prepare transaction documents and monitor close of escrow dates.
  • Resolve title issues before closing and ensure all escrow paperwork and seller's disclosures are completed on time.
  • Attend meetings with internal staff to provide status updates on all escrow files.
  • Collaborate with sales team members on escrow files when necessary.
  • Respond promptly to customer and vendor inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • Expertise in real estate contracts, and documents, and proficiency in online programs such as MLS, Docusign, Zipforms, and CRM.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite or similar systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Previous experience executing at a high volume, under pressure, with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of organization.
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
