- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of property management or facilities management experience is required.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable personal transportation.
- Confidentiality: All applicant information will be handled confidentially according to EEO guidelines.
- Employment Status: Full-Time, Exempt
- Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with on-call rotation and evening meetings as needed.

- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 20 lbs., with a mix of sitting, standing, and walking. Specific vision abilities required.
- Typical Working Conditions: Primarily indoor work; may require evening or weekend hours.
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 annually, based on experience.
- Benefits Package: Includes 20 days of PTO, 11 paid holidays, group health insurance (75% employer-paid), life & AD&D, dental, vision, short-term disability, and 401(k).
